Nathan H. Knorr is fourth along Rutherford's table on his right.
Frederick W. Franz is possibly ninth down Rutherford's left.
Regarding
the identification of Frederick W. Franz, his nephew former Governing
Body member Raymond Franz said by letter: "I believe my uncle is
sitting on the left side of the table headed by Rutherford, wearing a
white shirt and facing the camera, about the ninth place from the head
of the table. It is difficult to be certain." (October 17, 1986)
